Looking for a pediatric dentist near Cupertino
2 years old and lots of teeth! Probably time to have that first dental appt. I'm looking for recommendations of pediatric dentists in or nearby Cupertino CA. Do you have a practice that you love? Any specific dentist in that practice? When did you start going (aka how old were your kids or you <grin>)?
My son doesn't mind terribly to have his teeth brushed at night, though he sometimes desires to help. We need to start introducing morning brushing as well. In additions, we haven't yet gotten the skill of spitting out the water but he takes a few sips of water afterwards. Though I dislike the idea of having to teach him how to spit (a skill that is undesirable in every other circumstance), recommendations to help that instruction would be a bonus.

We take our kids to Dr. Amy Guthrie (http://dr-amy.com) in Palo Alto and my kids love her. They are now 4 and 6, but we took them there as 2 year olds. She does a good job of going only as far as the kids are willing to go at first. My experience with her (I go there as well) is that they might charge a little more than other dentists, but the quality of care is excellent.
