What percentage of the milk you buy is spilled?
We've been buying organic milk ever since our children were born. This evening, we spilled two pretty full children's cups, which I would guess was nearly 8oz of milk.
For our two kids, we're drinking about a gallon a week. A gallon is 128oz, so in one night we spilled 6.25% of our weekly milk, and I'm sure we spill more than a couple cups for each gallon.
How about you? How much spilled milk do you have in your household?
I don't have a solution to spillage for you, but perhaps you could try using heavier small juice size glasses -- real glass with a heavier base-- graspable by small hands. Maybe broken glasses would become a new problem ? I hope not ! But I am thinking that with a heavier glass base, spills might be more avoidable. Good luck !
