Fun things to do with a 15 month old
I am working part time for a couple of years to give me more time to spend with my kids. I volunteer in the classrooms of our 3- and 5-year olds and take them to classes, but right now I can't figure out what fun stuff to do with my 15 month old. I used to take him to the park, but obviously it is winter and too cold to do that now. I don't want to take him to any indoor play places since they seem to just be breeding grounds for germs these days (especially since he still puts everything in his mouth). The classes for his age group are when I have to work. But I still want to do something one-on-one with him. Any ideas?

What about museums, pet stores, aquariums/fish stores? A couple of the libraries around us have great children's play areas.
