Tricks for getting 2 kids to nap at the same time?

We've got 2 kids - 1 year old and 2 1/2 years - and they seem like they should be able to take simultaneous afternoon naps now. Any tricks for getting 2 down at once?

I had twins, so they were napping at the same time pretty much from the time they started sleeping through the night and having regular naps.  They had to, for the sake of my own sanity.  For a while their older sister (3 years older) was napping for part of that time as well, though she usually got up before the twins did.  What I found important for maintaining that regularity was routine.  Nap at the same time, after the same activity, with the same put-to-bed ritual every day.  Then if one of them didn't feel like napping I enforced quiet time (this was mostly the older one).  It never worked perfectly, of course; even between the twins I found that one of them just didn't need as much nap as the other.  But it worked well enough that I was able to hang on to the edge of my sanity.
