Magazines for Toddlers?
Our 2 1/2 year old got a subscription to "Animal Babies" magazine for Christmas and loves it. I just ordered "National Geographic Little Kids" for her and am wondering if people are getting any magazines for their toddlers that they really like.
She likes the usual toddler stuff: animals, trains, beginning to get into dinosaurs, not yet into princesses (though I'm sure that's coming).
I'm thinking of Ranger Rick, but then again she's already getting two animal oriented mags. Would like to get one that has other topics like people or transportation that are appropriate for her age.

Our 2 1/2 year old got a subscription to Babybug for his birthday, and really enjoys it. It features a repeating character with a simple storyline ("Kim and Carrots"), and then a number of little rhymes and very short 1-4 page stories, a "can you find this picture inside" game, and stiff, durable pages - halfway between a magazine and a board book. Both our 2 year old and our 1 year old get something out of it - although your daughter might be ready for the next magazine up for 3-6 year olds (all of these are by Cricket).
Nice to know about Animal Babies!

Thanks, I think I will be ordering a sub for BabyBug!
it looks like I had the name of the magazine wrong, its "Wild Animal Baby" and is published from the National Wildlife Federation
