How to end night-time bed wetting?

My daughter is 4.5 years old.  She has been potty-trained during the day for 1.5 years.  But she still wears pull-ups at night.  There was a week (about 6 months ago) when her pull-ups were completely dry.  But this had not happened again.  We've tried having her go to bed with underwear, but she'll just wet her bed.  She admits that she is awake before she wets her bed, but she is too tired to get up.  She sleeps until the morning in the wet bed.

She does not drink that much liquid.  She'll drink about 2-3 glasses of milk the entire day, and that's about it.

Is she just not physically ready? or is there something we can do to help her be potty-trained at night?

Our 3.5 year old was having this problem and we started getting him up to pee just before we go to bed.  He falls right back to sleep and his bed stays dry until morning.

Maybe you could try putting the potty right by her bed so she does not have to go far? Then gradually move it farther away towards the bathroom?
